After i have my account at Edgars for 29 years

I wanted to purchase a gown that was on sale at the time and got the last 2 sizes. When I got to the paypoint the cashier advised me that my account was in arrears and that I can purchase it on Sunday as she promised she would keep it for me as that was the Friday. She didn't tell, me the arrears was less then R20, I would of settled it there at the time. When I got home I showed my daughter the account enquiry and she told me that the account was only a few rands behind as I did pay in the week and that was the instalment amount I was given to pay by the cashier as I didn't receive my statement. I arrived at the branch the Saturday wanting to purchase the gowns when the cashier that was supposed to keep the gowns aside till the Sunday as promised had no idea where the gowns was. I stood in the store for more then a hour and still no gowns. I spoke to the admin manager who then said they sold both gowns and she will look at other branches for the gowns. She said she will call and she called the Saturday at around 5pm and said she didn't find it yet but will keep me informed, I never heard another word from her. No apology nothing, no explanation or feedback.
