Global Carbon not honoring moneyback guarantee

During July 2013 I purchased a energy saving system from Global Carbon, which was advertised on a local radio station at the time. Global Carbon promised a 100% moneyback guarantee if the system did not save at least 25% of your electricity bill. After installation absolutely no saving was made. It was reported to Global Carbon, and after various calls and e-mails, they send a technician again to disconnect the system, wherafter I had to measure the usage again. Still NO saving. They again reconnected the system, with the same results. I just dont get any joy out of them, apart from an e-mail saying that I must remove the system and deliver it to their offices for evaluation, and must be in the same condition as when it was purchased. I informed them that their own technician must remove the system, otherwise they will blame me for possible damages. I also have to state that the technician who installed the system initially, was under the influence of liquor.
