Amazing Service

I have been wearing contact lenses for the past 20 years or so, therefore when my 6 month supply of right eye lenses ALL broke within 3 months, I was blind! Wearing my glasses does not give me the peripheral vision I need to be able to drive safely and so I first called Vision Works and then went into their store in Blue Route Centre in Tokai.
They were fantastic! It was a Sunday morning and the ladies behind the desk went beyond the call of duty with regards to taking down my details and even asking the optometerist for a trial lens to assist me until my new lenses arrived. I received it on the spot and was able to put it in without any fuss.
Because my prescription is quite a difficult one, they assured me that they would follow-up the incident with their supplier.
They phoned me 2 days later to say they had ordered my lenses and would replace my supply and balance out the rest of my lenses too at NO CHARGE! I am so impressed and will def be returning to them in the future!
