Hi I bought on promotion the monthly colour lenses. It said if you buy 2 packs you will get the 3rd one free. When I tried the samples on it had big letters across the lense which said samples so obviousely it was obstructing my vision and the fact that it was not the strenght of my eye. I chose 3 colours and upon my delivery I that same afternoon tried the one colour. The lenses are not suitable for my eyes as they are obstructing my view, I can only see through them when I look straight ahead. I have contacted the lady Prerna Desai and she advised me to keep trying for an hour at a time mayby my eyes will adjust. I have tried ever day for the past 2 weeks and it still hurts my eyes to the point where I get headaches from them. I have asked her to please exchange or give my money back as it was allot of money to begin with. She contacted yourselves and you have blatantly refused seeing it was bought as part of a promotion. So what must I do with those lenses and how do I get my money back
I have supported your comapny for the past 20 years and this is the thanx that I get. I want a refund as the lenses are no use to me... Please assist
