SA Post Office
Paid for a 4 day delivery service, its the 19th da

About 22 days ago I sent a parcel to Argentina via the South Africa post office up until today nobody knows where my parcel is Argentina is saying it has not yet arrived and I should contact my post office when even calling them is a pain their 0119616006/78/79 is not being picked up at all eventually I called their customers service and the feedback given is nothing that should be coming from a company that has been providing such a service for years clearly by now they should have a system in place tp properly follow up, track and give sufficient feedback to their customer.what annoys me even more is this is the second time I have had this problem with the post office.their staff at the branch are totally clueless when it comes to the turn around time of such a delivery right there you can already see that all could break loose
Learnt from my mistake twice.i wash my hands off the is no hope for legendary service where the post office SA is involved.
