I have an e-commerce company and send a lot of orders to customers via the post office. A customer asked me today where her order is and I checked it online and it said it was still en route. I called your track and trace and was told it was at the Delareyville post office ready for collection from the 20th already. Why is your track and trace regularly not correct for starters? I told my customer to go collect and she went with her tracking number only to be told it is not there. I then called the Delarey post office and spoke to Nebu who is apparently the same person that told my customer it had not arrived. She then checked her system and told me it is there. When I asked her why when my customer arrived she did not give her the parcel she said something about not checking. What sort of service is this and how am I supposed to run a company using the sa post office as my delivery service when I have to spend so much time following up on things like this? I would like someone to come back to me and let me know what is being done about this.
