Poor Service from Berea& Lyndhurst post officces

My parcel arrived at Berea Post Office, but before I could collect it, it was apparently transferred by someone from Berea Post office and apparently ended up in Lyndhurst a town or place I have never heard of even though my address clearly stats that I am in Berea Johannesburg.

So the folks at Berea Post office tell me they cannot help me, but using my own resourses, I must travell or phone Lyndhurst post office and request them to return my parcel back to Berea where I can collect it. Since I cannot travell to Lyndhurst I tried phoning, but to my surprise nobody has been picking up the phone at Lyndhurst Post office for the whole day and I need my parcel agently. The phone can ring for 1 or 2 minutes then somebody deliberately cuts it off. Is this the service promised to us by the postal service? Now I do not know what channels I should follow cause the Berea Post Office cannot help me and Lyndhurst Post office workers are ignoring their phones. Now Im being send from pillar to post. Now my question is..IS my parcel still in existence or somebody at one of these post offices helped themselves to my parcel?
