Harrassed for tv license fees which I do not owe

I had a problem in Dec 2010 where my debit order did not go thru and only picked this up in Jan 2011. I sent emails requesting why the debit order did not go through and with no response, I paid the full amount a few months later even though oct & nov 2010 debits went through. I have paid my tv lic. every year but still got calls from collection agents every now and then. Lately I have been harassed with calls and sms.

I have also emailed asking that my tv lic. be cancelled May 2013 and still have no response. I have bought a new tv license on my wife's name because nobody can help me.

Please check your records and stop harassing me.
