False advertising in safety and poor service

Being heavily pregnant I was interested in finding a pest control company who is concerned about pregnancy safety. Mostert pest control has dedicated an entire section on their website to this. In investigating this and chatting to Almarie the contact person, she reassured me that their products are very safe during pregnancy and that I would need to be out the house during the duration of the spraying and 4-6 hours thereafter. Our main concern was for fish moths elimination. Almarie failed to tell me that we had to remove ALL items from the cupboards. When Peter and his colleague came to spray the house my housekeeper phoned me to inform me that she had to remove all the items from the cupboards. The Mostert staff were very rude to her as they wanted to get the spraying done and leave. They didn't give her a chance to empty the cupboards properly and were just throwing the clothes out the cupboards. What really upset me was that I told my housekeeper to pack all the washed baby clothes in suitcases but the Mostert staff didn't give her a chance to do this. 6 hours post spraying the house still had a strong odour from the fumes. Disgusted by the poor customer care &service
