I bought an Apollo S5 at the beginning of May which accidentally fell and cracked on the screen. I contacted Fonechoice and 3 weeks later someone came to collect the phone for assessment. Weeks passed without hearing from them and I made a call towards the end of July to find out about the assessment result. I was told the results had not been received yet and I would be contacted as soon as they had feedback. Another month passed by and I kept on calling to make enquiries. In September they told me the phone cannot be repaired so it would have to be replaced and a claim form would be forwarded to me. To my surprise, that also took a while! I filled in the form that was sent eventually and returned it back to Fonechoice. I guess I will have to wait another 4-5 months or even longer before the matter can be fully resolved. I pay a monthly debit order of R354, 63 to Finchoice for a phone I neither have or use. I currently do not have a reliable phone and cannot afford to buy myself another one because of the money I pay towards Finchoice over nothing. I am so disgusted too with this company's service or rather LACK OF!! BOTH FONECHOICE & HOMECHOICE are REALLY FAILING THEIR CLIENTS!!!
