I bought an Apollo S5 in May 2013-gave to my daughter in June.she used it for 2 days before the software crashed. It was taken in and replaced. After 1 week it crashed again. I contacted Fonechoice again and it was collected on 15 July. I have contacted them so many times since that i have lost count. I eventually insisted on speaking to the supervisor, she said that she would trace the progress and get back to me the next day. I had not received any response from her until 4.45 the next day so I called her. I asked her why she had not called me back as she had promised to and her response was that she worked until 7 and the day was not over but she had no feedback on the phone for me and that she would call me back as soon as she had any info. I waited for a further week and phoned back since she had not contacted me. I got through to voice mail and left a message for her to please contact me. After not receiving any response to the message, I called again. She still has no info on the phone... I mean... If I wanted to buy a phone is this the same treatment I would have received or am I just being treated this way because this is a done deal. This is going on for over 2months
