Fonechoice
I have been waiting for more that a month

When fonechoice wants you to buy a cellphone from them, it doesnt even take a week for them to deliver but when you have to claim from the insurance you pay for each and every month it takes forever for them to get back to you. My cell was on the 31st of July 2013, waited for the claim form for about a week, sent back everything back and they sit my documents on administration for 3 weeks. Now I have received the claim approved document, I have paid and sent the proof of payment but haven't got any response from fonechoice. I am not prepared to wait another week for my phone. And I am not going to pay for something that I don't have. People if you know whats good for you stay far away from these people. I need my phone ASAP!!!
