On 20 March I asked my Investec Wealth and Investment Manager, Mr Graeme Herd, to assist me move funds from my Money Market fund to my share trading account to invest in shares.By 25 March I had still not received an answer, and only after requesting an update did I get a response that it was not possible. After that I had to transfer funds through a 3rd party bank to get the money to my share trading account. When the funds arrived in two batches, my Investment Manager offered my his services to advise on investment options on the two occasions of the incoming funds (28 March and 2 April). On the 12th of April I confirmed with my Investment Manager that I was seeking advice and gave the bounds that I was considering. After receiving no reply, on Tuesday the 23rd of April I called Investec and spoke to a lady who said she would send an email to my Investment Manger's superior and copy my Manger in.By Friday 26 April, no response and called again and this time spoke to Bongani who assured me that his boss, Mr Bermhard Grobler, was the correct person to speak about my complaint, but that he was unavailable. I then emailed Mr Grobler, now by 2 May, I have still have had no comeback.
