Mislead into signing a contract

I've been trying to get hold of you for the last week to try and cancel a contract that I was mislead into agreeing with. I've called your call centre and after waiting for twenty minutes to speak to someone, was cut off while waiting for a 'manager' to pick up my call. No one called me back. I then called back again, and after another twenty minutes was told that a 'manager' would phone me back. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me.
I then called back again, and finally had someone tell me that the contract had been cancelled and you guys would send me a notification telling me so. I still haven't received one.
This happened on 18 October and according to the NCA, I know that I have 7 days in which to cancel a contract and it seems very suspicious that no one has come back to me to do this... It looks like A) You guys are just biding your time until the 7 days are past or B) Your 'management' is so inefficient & overwhelmed with the amount of people migrating to other service providers that they can't handle their workload. So which is it?
Please will someone get hold of me so that I can finally move on with this. I just want to resolve this.
