Unprofessional company with poor service

Dream Clean were over an hour late for the appointment. Despite me being in the apartment and asking if they needed anything, they rummaged through my cupboards in the kitchen and bedroom.

The machine leaked badly and left puddles throughout my lounge. In response to my complaint, Tanya said that it was only clean water spilt from the bucket. This was not the case as the staff even acknowledged the leak at the time. Despite asking them to mop up afterwards, the puddles left in my lounge were so deep I literally splashed into them. The curtains were also soaked from being sprayed when they cleaned the couch, which was also sopping wet.

Once the carpets dried, new stains appeared. Tanya said this is a result of me selecting a standard clean, instead of a deep clean. I was only given this option once the team was at my house but, as the landlord had already agreed to the cost, I didn't have the authority to upgrade on the spot but could have if I'd been told there were options available at the time of booking.

George, the supervisor, called after I'd sent the complaint but hung up on me and I haven't heard back. Despite all this, Tanya insists they provided a "brilliant service"!
