Bad Service!

I phoned Tanya for a quotation to clean my carpets and lounge suite, and made an appointment for her to come out to my home the next day. I also asked how long the carpets will take to dry, on which she replied 3 hours and they use a deoderiser as well.
The next day when they arrived it was a totally different company, when I asked where Tanya is, I was told they are partnered with her company!! So she makes the appointments and someone totally different shows up at your house?!?!!!
They soaked my lounge suite and carpets so badly, that now 18 hours later my carpets and lounge suite is still wet!!! I constantly had to tell the guy to vacuum the water up again as it was too wet. He was spraying water everywhere and got it on my TV and audio equipment and even the painting on the wall. Where there were dirty marks I had to get down and scrub with vanish carpet cleaner, while they just stood there. The guy was pushing down on the carpets so hard with the machine, that they actually tore the carpet from the metal strips where they were joined!!!
I will NOT recommend their services to anyone!
