STAINED Lounge Suite after Amega washes!

On Thursday, 29 August 2013, a team from Amega Cleaners came to deep clean my white fabric lounge suite. They left my house fully submerged in water and my entire lounge suite completely stained. On Saturday, 31 August the team returned after I laid a complaint and they left my home leaving my lounge suite in an even worse condition with even MORE stains! Tanya from Amega does not provide any feed back and no way forward is being made clear. I literally paid for a company to come into my home and completely stain and ruin my white lounge suite which I dont even sit on without a blanket to try and protect.
