No response as to when Amega Cleaners Clean Stains

I arranged for Amega Cleaners to clean our wingbacked chairs in our boardroom. They came on 28/09/2013 and cleaned them. One of the managers showed me that there were redish/pinkish stains on two of the chairs that weren't there before. I contacted Tanya on 1/10/2013 to inform her of the stains and to get them to remove the stains, she said that she would have the service manager come out and clean the stains on 3/10/2013, which they never pitched. I phoned them the following week to which they were supposed to then come on 10/10/2013, and they never arrived either. When I phoned Nials (service manager) he had some excuse about a previous client not having water. I phoned yesterday again and Tanya became very snotty saying that they will come when they have an opening again;I then asked her to slot us in with a formal booking, which she said she can arrange for Monday 21/10/2013 at 08h30, and she would send me a booking confirmation, which I still have not received, even after I emailed her, asking for the confirmation.
Amega Cleaners had received full payment, and I expect better service than what we have received.
