* our father passed away in June 2011
* executor appointed by masters court Mafikeng - Mothusi Khumalo
* getting the run around from legal aid, especially Mr khumalo
* To date the file hasn't been finalized
* minimal payments made to 4 beneficiaries instead of 8
* told that more payments will be made after 2 policies from Liberty Life (retirement annuity) and another policy from Metropolitan Life
* suspect activity, would like a full audit on the estate's inventory
* Minor's money hasn't been paid into the guardians fund
* what exactly has he done with the house as we decided that it will be a family house
* how can he make minimal payments when initially he said he was waiting for payments from the policies to finalise the estate
