Someone is not doing their jo

I sent 2 emails to Liberty life regarding my policies' payments in January, informing them that I am unemployed and that they stop payments until further notice where I can continue with my payments. I sent this email on a contact given on my policy documents for such issues. I just got money now from my father so that I can buy my son's chronic medication, and Liberty has overlooked my requests and deducted all that money from my account!!!

I am unemployed and have sent them communcation regarding this as instructed on their letter, but nothing was done, instead they went and deducted 2 months' payments from the money that is allocated for something more important - my son's life!!! WHO DO I HAVE TO SPEAK TO, TO GET MY REQUEST APPLIED and my money back because that money is for an emergency!! NOw I'm more stressed becasue my son needs his medicine and Liberty clearly doesn't pay attention to their clients' requests!!! Yes, these policies are important but right now I CANNOT AFFORD THEM hence I communicated but clearly my emails are ignored and now I'm worried if I will wake up with my son dead becasue Liberty took his medicine money!!!
