Taking no interest in quality control?

My husband and I grew up loving our Safari fruits and nuts, and now that we have our own Children, we have passed on that love on to them. HOWEVER, We are deeply disappointed and highly unsatisfied with our recent purchase. We bought a few strips of your Jungle Bites (for our sons lunchbox) and we got home to find that one of the packets of Berry Chews had only 4 (YES 4!!) fruit cubes in the packet. Where the pack is supposed to be 32g worth of fruit it measured in at a measly 10g! And NO, none of the cubes had fallen out as the pack is still intact with its fresh little air pocket still snug in the packaging. When does quality control occur? Or are you just not interested?
