We appointed Jaque Horn of Ultimate proofing Projects to waterproof our Sky lights and patios. he requested
a 50 per cent dep before he started. 16550.00 he completed in a day. an demanded the balace. he saw an apportunity
to gain more out of us and told us that we are going to have a problem if we no not repair another area
to a cost of 10850.00 so we were afraid of rain damage and assigned him to do the other areas
the first rain came and the damage to my wall and furniture is even worse than when he started. i contacted
him but he makes a whole lot of excuses and refuses to attend to the problem. he has given us a quarantee
for five years but he has breached his promise.he now is avoiding my emails and calls. please do not use his services
