Over Promise Under Delive

We have had issues with leaks in our house since we moved in. We have battled with various suppliers to fix various things things in our house and were getting tired of all the nonsense builders promise. Anyway, my wife found Triple Desire Projects by googling. We made contact with Jeffrey and he came along to check out the problem. We told Jeffrey about the bad experiences that we have had with builders etc and he ensured us that he was not like the rest.

We paid the 50 % over to Jeffrey as agreed and he came to fix the leak. He then required us to pay the rest of the monies for the completed work. I was very hesitant but because he gave me his word we paid him his monies. BIG MISTAKE, after about 1 month we had heavy rain and we were able to see that the work that Jeffrey did made no difference, I contacted him to inform him, he came out to see the effects and told me that he would come back to fix.

Since then we have had many excuses and I have been given many excuses. I asked him straight out if he was going to come out and fix as he promised when we first agreed, he said yes but when I asked him to give me a time frame, he could not give me a direct answer! It is 2 months
