Waterproofing still leaking

This guys promised to do the work and was in such a hurry to get payment. He did return to do the fixing the second time as he wanted payment. After that the excuses started like he was in a car accident and when he was supposed to come the day of the 13th January he never pitched apparently he was still on leave the week before. He is not taking my calls. Please be careful of the people you hire. We certainly will rather pay for a reputable company next time... lesson learned!!!
