Bad service, staff not well qualified

I had bought a groupon voucher for my mother and i for a half day spa day.
As we arrived there were no signs indicating that the spa was in addressed building and the sign on the door was in size 12 font written in yellow therefore very hard to find.

Clients were overbooked therefore we waiting 1.5 hours before we started our therapy.

there was no management to oversee the staff, and the staff don't wear uniform or even dress professionally at least. furthermore, the staff had bad attitude and were complaining that they wanted to go home, which resulted in our sessions being shortened.

lastly, the place was so dirty, it was hot and the decor was bad.
they started cleaning the carpet with a broom with all the clients in this small room and therefore, sweeping all the dust on us.

Ridiculously BAD service and treatment
