Ignorance is bliss

My partner and I decided to go out to spur last night. We went out, hope high to enjoy our dinner date. And then it started. we kindly asked the waiter, Khosi, how long the food will take be ready. she said 20 minutes. we ended up waiting for 35. The orders arrive, and guess what? My order was taken down incorrectly, therefore forcing my partner and I to share his meal, that being a 200g steak. What a joke. While eating, one of the staff members decide to take the broom to the floor, right in front of the table where we are seated!! we had to mention to her that we are eating and to please stop. she ignorantly tells us that she's just sweeping that area. Wow, we never knew that dust and dirt stayed in one place if swept correctly. What happened to cleaning up after doors shut, or was she making her life easier so that she could leave a bit early?... Another half hour later my food decides to arrive, and of corse at that point, we are fed up, drinks done service poor, we request to speak to the manager, with an attitude as though his staff did nothing wrong really, takes the food, walks away. The service at spur is just simply pathetic! what a way to spend our anniversary dinne
