Sold dirty shirt

I bought 2 linen shirts (white and light blue) and some t-shirts last night at Urban CW mall, When I got home I realized the white shirt was dirty (brown stains inside collar and smell of cologne). It seems they did not have my size on the floor, after waiting for 10-15 minutes while the staff were "SEARCHING" in the store room for my size (small). Finally they came back with the shirt. Either I was given an dirty shirt by mistake or one of the floor staff volunteered to take off his shirt for me.

I went back to complain this morning and I was asked to go to Cavendish Mall to get my size, this meant driving 20k to Claremont. I am very dissapointed and I hope this will stop.
