Terrible service from retail staff

I have now visited the Bride&Co store twice looking for shoes for my wedding day. The first time I waited 20 minutes for assistance only to be told they do not have shoes in my size. I placed an order for the shoes and my mom visited the store to find out if they had arrived. The staff told her that they have arrived and when I went to fetch the shoes they once again didn't have my size. The box that was handed to me actually had 2 different shoes in it. This is a disgrace. I have never met such inadequate staff in my life! I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything there. The shoes are dirty, they don't follow through on clients' orders and the staff is clueless.
