GrowABusiness should grow a pair!

I registered a new PTY in March last year which went surprisingly well
Since then when i have had a query they always reply by email only, even after being promised a phone call for the last week which im still waiting for!
They very quick to take your money but their after sales service is absolutely atrocious - they never call back & you merely get an automated response via email, promising things they never deliver on
Try call them? NO GO! It also has an automated response which then cuts off so you can never actually speak to anyone!
Frankly im surprised people even give them money to do things - rest assured i never will again!
