Inadequate and now no response from Vitality

I lodged a query with Vitality via their email [Email Removed] The query was regarding my pick n pay cash back. I have not been receiving my full entitlement and I therefore requested a full statement for 2013. I was responded to by Michaela Watson who provided me a automated kind of reply with. All she indicated to me was what record Vitality has of what payment was made. Had she committed her mind to the query she would have realised that the query is on the discrepancy of what I am expecting to what is actually being paid.

I then replied to the mail. I get a automated reply with a number. That was 3 weeks ago. Still waiting.

Can anyone assist.
