Lack of willingness to help

Accident Saturday 2013-09-21 on N10 East between Craddock and Cookhouse: truck hit us from the back at a road works stop, destroying the trailer.
I phoned Crisis on call, they promised to bring us a trailer as I agreed to obviously pay for it, BUT they wanted cash on the spot, which was not possible, because I was in the middle of nowhere (though they could not even give me a price), they promised to come back to me, I waited an hour an a half.
When I contacted them again, nobody knew anything, and the call was not even logged. They promised again to help me to at least fetch the destroyed trailer, but then they make their problems mine, because they cant deliver, and after two and a half hours and nothing accomplished, we managed after a lot of fighting to arrange with the owner of the truck to help us.
It was getting dark and it became very dangerous, and the people were not competent, they couldn't communicate properly or knew how to do their work.
