POOR SERVICE!

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. No feedback/ guidance with my request for activation of my account. Sent a registered letter for cancellation of my membership which was delivered 04/09/2013 - to date I've received no response. Will not recommend this company to anyone! Ready to report to the Ombudsman - i'm not surprised that this is acompany that does not respond.
