POOR SERVICE!

We were invited to a info session on 15 Oct 2013 in Boksburg. No company names were given, I was told I already won a week domestic and one week international holiday! I was assured that I can use the service within 48 hours, getting cheaper flights and holidays. When I phoned on the Monday, Wednesday, Friday, they kept on telling me they did not received my contract yet. In the meantime I have send mails to Marc Boshoff and client services, up to date they have not even had the decency to read the mail and no-one phones you back. They are so clever, they don't come back to you within the 5 days that the contract can be cancelled or read any mails for that matter. Ready to report to the Ombudsman - FRIENDLY WARNING TO ALL - DON'T BUY MEMBERSHIP FROM VACATION HUB!
