Failure to accept cancellation of mebership

Been trying to get to get a clear cut answer on how to cancel membership due to their exorbitant management fees which provide no value without any concrete response.

Their inability to give proper feedback or respond within a suitable time frame is pathetic.

Auto response after auto response with the samemessage is driving me mad. To add to this their so called responses border on being. As clear evidence take note how they will reply to this complaint with a auto response...

To date they have not been able to provide me with a copy of my signed contract.

I will continue to publish your actions on public forums.

Don't expect anything to come of this complaint judging by their poor record on HP...
