The service i have received from supposedly the number one florist company in South Africa is totally unacceptable, i order a bunch of rose on the 10 July 2013 to be delivered to Atlanta Georgia USA - the delivery date was Friday the 12 July 2013, to my disgust i have no heard a single word of why my order has not been delivered but YOU HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY off my account, you have really let me down with regards to the flowers getting delivered on the Friday it is Saturday afternoon and nothing has been done about it... i am truly disgusted by your lack of service netflorist has shown in this regard, i feel that the call center and Norman the international delivery consultant really couldn't care if it was being delivered or not, i will be taking this higher than just this complaint, i will not using this pathetic company again for a single thing. my order has still not been delivered - i am not surprised!!!
