Defective product not rectified

I received a defective product from Homemark and I enquired about it on the Homemark website. I was informed that I will be contacted regarding this. It has been 2 weeks since then and nobody has contacted me. I dont appreciate the way you handle your customers queries. I thought that this would be sorted by now.
