Pampers Defective Nappies and bad service!

My son is now 16 months old and I have been using Pampers since his birth. I purchase the box which contains 3 packs in it. Every now and then a nappie would burst, but we ignored it as majority of the nappies were fine. At the end of last year, about 50% of the nappies burst. I laid a complaint and was told to send pictures of the defective nappies and the serial/batch numbers. at that time I did not have those details as I threw away the nappies. I have since bought another 3 boxes and there have been defective nappies in all of the boxes. I have sent through proof of the defective nappies and the serial/batch numbers but have not received any feedback! This is just ridiculous. I have purchased from different stores, yet have the same problem! Pampers are expensive and I expect them to be of quality! Furthermore, I cannot take pictures of every single defective nappie while trying to clean up my son and clean up the house. Those granules go everywhere while he is playing. The nappies aren't full and they break at the sides! I expect some kind of customer feedback!
