Still awaiting news on my board exam

Dear HPCSA

It is is now 1 month since sent in my application to the write the board exam. On Saturday, 21 September, it will be 30 days since the education committee has met to finalise those who will be writing exams on the 2 October!

I have emailed Thembisile twice, I've called her twice, I have left voicemails. WITH NO FEEDBACK!!!

On the 6th September, I have emailed the complaints department who has forwarded my complaint to Thembisile. NO RESPONSE!!!

I called the call center on the 10th September and was advised to contact the Manager of the department, Adele Taljaard. I called Adele and her secretary twice with NO RESPONSE. I sent Adele and the secretary an email the same day. NO RESPONSE!!!

I am supposed to write the board exam in less than 2 weeks.

As a governing body, you expect professionals to act in a professional and ethical manner. NOT BEING ABLE TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE OR GET FEEDBACK IS NOT PROFESSIONAL.

TRY BEING AN EXAMPLE FIRST.

I'M NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO COMPLAIN.

YOU ARE STALLING MY PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND MY FUTURE!!!
