Lack of timeous response or feedback

I am a final year psych student (Honours degree) and had just one last subject to write this year before I could obtain my degree. However due to pregnancy and my due date being in the month I was to write my final exam, I knew I would not be able to take the exam which I didn't as I had given birth and was in recovery and taking care of a newborn which as you know is quite demanding.
I knew I would not be able to take the exam and had been asking UNISA since July 2013 for a postponement of this exam till 2014. I sent UNISA an email on 10 July 13 and again 12 Sept 13. They said had to reapply when I gained permission to write the exam officially. I got the letter in October 13 and emailed them on 17 October 2013 along with the certificate from my doctor confirming my pregnancy and due date, the maternity certificate from the hospital I gave birth at (I ended up giving birth via C-section on 2 Oct 13). My tuition fees have been paid in full. I got no response. I emailed them again on 13 November 2013 and still no response! I sent off another email today 26 November 2013 which I doubt I will get a response to. I don't want to have to repeat the entire year next year again.
