Need to beg for status of loan application

I have made a on-line application to re-finance my vehicle, sms said they will be in contact with me with in 48 hours. Got email requesting the documents and sent it promptly. Since it was a Friday I waited till Tuesday before making enquiries. Emailed Adele (got a read receipt) but no response. Phoned and was told they will call me back, they need to check with Adele. Waited another day and phoned on Thursday and was told again they will call me back (in 15 minutes), called me back (1:30 hours later) and I got the impression that my application was only then processed. Decided to mail Adele again today, GOT a response at last but very little actually "Waiting on the bank to finalise the validation, but it is approved" Thats IT?
