PLEASE DONT WASTE A YEAR OF MY LIFE

I have been trying to contact HPCSA for a year now to ask about the HPCSA board exam for foreign qualified dentist. I wrote the exam once last year where i passed 6 out of 7 exams but failed CLINICAL exam, which i was asked to rewrite.

In APRIL 2013, i was informed that as soon as the university comes out
with dates, the candidates will be informed.

Today, after months of emailing and telecom, I found out that the exams are starting on 19th August 2013 and there was an orientation today. I was also informed that HPCSA committee thought i have already written my exams twice, whereas i only wrote the exams once (last year).

I have been waiting for a year for this one exam and i was not even informed that the exams are being conducted in August 2013.

I dont know where i should go and who should i talk to. Please appreciate that a year is a very long time to waste. I have already waited long enough. I donot want to wait another year. Please help me. I want to sit in this years Board exam.
