Quickest Turn around time EVER!!!

I have submitted a request on the internet to Mr Prepaid @ 18:21 today; I received a phone call at 20:58.
Explained my problem to the person on the other side, he said he will sent me the applicable documents to complete. I stood up to access my e-mails on my laptop, and the mail came in at 21:00.
Quick and efficient service.
I just wish the banks; medical aid and telecom providers were so efficient.
Thank you a lot, I do not have time to this kind of queries during the day and did not expect a call before tomorrow.
