Standard Bank to Standard Bank Accounts...!

I recently registered with Prepaid24 to purchase prepaid electricity tokens online. Last night at 9pm I transferred R1500.00 to Prepaid24 Std Bank Acc in order to receive a token to reload. Its now more than 12 hrs later, money has been out of my acc since last night, I received sms confirming this, but has not cleared in Prepaid24 Std bank acc? I now sit with no electricity &Prepaid24 is blaming the bank for the delay and Std banks call centre is telling me to wait up to 24 hours for it to clear!! Not a convenient service at all! I was also told by the call centre consult to go into the bank to fix the problem! If I had the time to pop in and out of banks to sort out these types of issues, I wouldn't be using the 'easy internet payment' options made available by both these providers: Std Bank & Prepaid24. My question now is, if the money is not in my account, and not reflecting in Prepaid 24's account... then where is it??? and who is scoring interest on it whilst it is lying in outer space somewhere??? Really, what is the point of Prepaid 24 having a Std bank acc & advertising 24/7 trading if this is not the case! Wonder if FNB really is the better option! Regards Rene
