I apologies for using Hello Peter but I phoned 3 times once to 111 and twice to 114 but I was told my cell number is not prepaid but a contract and the call was dropped.
Sorry to inform you but my number is prepaid. The operator (s) on the other side refused to listen or acknowledge that "their system is correct". If my number was not prepaid why do I need to buy prepaid I don't have a topup phone. I have received a invoice B593617854 for R17.02. so on what plan am I? I also received a sms on 28 December saying my number is prepaid from 1 January for the number in question. I also think your call center are very unprofessional as the noise was so loud I had to repeat myself. Can you please fix this problem and somebody please call because I also gave up changing my email address.
