Good handling of a problem

I imported a wifi gate lock from this company and it was delivered, but when I tried to install it the remote control wasn't working. I informed Wantitall who diligently replaced the remote control. Only problem was it still wasn't working. At this point I asked for a refund to which they agreed and took back the gate lock and refunded me.

Although I didn't get what I wanted, I found the call center very helpful and am happy to use them again knowing that if the item doesn't work you will get a refund.
