Exo Hair
False Advertising

I received a groupon voucher from my mother as a birthday gift, "Exo Hair - Brazilian Blow Wave for one person"
I proceeded to call to make the appointment, firstly the services was appalling... needless to say the Beauty industry (or maybe just Exo Hair) needs to educate their staff on Telephone ettiquette. I was then asked how long my hair was and the thickness as i would be charged extra. Now the Lord blessed me with a flowing mane.
I checked the terms & conditions (or on the Groupon Voucher "Fine Print") and its states the following: " Valid until 12 October 2013. Reservations required: 021 42 43039. Cancellation policy applies. Subject to availability"
No where did it state that there would be an extra charge or "subject to hair length etc.."
How disappointing. Exo Hair should be more aware of what they disclose (or not) in the "Fine Print" but then again im assuming its just a bunch of "beauty school drop outs"!
