Legacy Hair
Really bad experience

I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian blowout at Legacy Hair (actually called Legents).
It was not a good experience.
1. It is a men's hair salon, brazilian blowouts are typically used by women.
2. I don't think the man who helped me had ever brushed long hair. When brushing my hair and finding knots, instead of holding my hair while brushing them out, he simply brushed. It was terribly painful
3. He put hardly any product in my hair, and did not leave it in long enough.
4. While putting a straightener through my hair, he kept it too close to my scalp and as a result my scalp burnt
5. While I paid for a cut and blow, there was no mention of this when he finished. My scalp was throbbing at that point and I decided to just leave.

My hair does not seem any different than before the treatment. I have had a Brazilian blow out before, and the 2 experiences are almost polar opposites.

Really disappointed and I don't think I will ever trust Groupon again
