Extremely bad service!!

I booked an appointment with my groupon voucher. When I arrived at the reception area I had to wait ten minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Eventualy someone came and just pointed me to a chair. The hair stylist approcached me and asked me what I want..not even a 'hello'. The hair stylist that washed my hair was extremely rude and had an arrogance about him..my head was in pain after that wash. The stylist gave me a blowdryer and told me to blow dry and comb out my own hair. after the cut he blow waved my hair..pulling at my hair and once he finished he just walked away and that was it..once I got to my car I saw in the mirror that the left side of my hair was shorter than the right side..a total disaster. I have never felt so unwelcome in a hair dresser and the treatment received was appalling. I will not recommend that place to anyone.
