Brazilian Blowdry GROUPON voucher!

I purchased a voucher for this salon for R1000 which included a Brazilian Blowdry and cut for 2 people, In the fine print it stated that it was subject to availability however no days were specified as to when you could have this done. The voucher only expires in June.
When I called to make an appointment for my sister and I- the salon flatly refused to do our hair on a Saturday. At first I was told that they were only open half day on Saturdays and with a 3hr treatment it meant that no other customers could be serviced. When I argued back as to the voucher fine print and the fact that a weekday booking would incur a half days leave, the reason then changed to the fact that this service is a health hazard to other customers and it gets very smokey!!
Firstly, why would they be offering something that is a health hazard, and secondly I have had this treatment done on a number of occasions before at different salons. None had the described effects.
I am still waiting on Groupon management to contact me
