WE HAVE PURCHASED SIX OFFICE CHAIRS WITH A TABLE ATTACHED TO IT FOR EASY WRITING OF TESTS. WE ORDERED FROM THE INTERNET ON A PICTURE. THE COMPANY WAS CALLED AND A PRICE WAS GIVEN. FIRST WE HAD TO PAY THE MONEY OVER INTO THEIR ACCOUNT BEFORE THEY WOULD DELIVER THE GOODS. WE DID SO AND THE GOODS WAS DELIVERED. ON ARRIVAL OF THE GOODS I CONTACTED MR JOHAN WATSON MYSELF AND TOLD HIM THAT THIS WAS NOT THE GOODS THAT WE HAVE ORDERED. HE THEN ASKED ME TO KEEP THE CHAIRS AND HE WILL PERSONALLY COME AND SEE WHAT MY COMPLAINT WAS. HE NEVER ARRIVED. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS WE FOUND THAT THE SALES PERSON ARE NO LONGER WORKING FOR THE COMPANY. MR WATSON IS NEVER AVAILABLE WHEN WE PHONE AND WANT TO SPEAK TO HIM. THIS IS NOW GOING ON FROM FEBRUARY 2013. AND STILL MR JOHAN WATSON HAVE NOT COME BACK TO ME. I MANAGED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH A PERSON BY THE NAME OF RUAN WHO PROMISED ME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM STILL NOTHING IS DONE. HE WILL GIVE ME A POSTAL ADDRESS BUT REFUSE TO GIVE ME A PHYSICAL ADDRESS. HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER IS 071 891 4774. HE ALSO MENTIONED TO ME THAT THEY NOW WORK FROM HIS HOUSE AND THEY NO LONGER HAVE A OFFICE. I THINK THIS LEAVE ME NO OPTION THAN TO PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION.
